We are based in the beautiful Hervey Bay on the Fraser Coast. Setups in Hervey Bay include complementary drop off, set up and pack up.

Yes! We will do setups as north as Bargara and as south as the Sunshine Coast and everywhere in between. Areas outside of Hervey Bay will incur a travel fee so we can cover staff costs and petrol.

We generally do 2 hour bookings. We can definitely organise extra time if required, please just request this when booking

Unfortunately the weather doesn't always play nice. Please always have a Plan B Wet Weather location in mind. We will NEVER set up outside if it looks highly likely that it will rain. This is the same if there is high winds as it can make it uncomfortable and also very unsafe at times. If you do not have a back up location, we can postpone.

Our favourite picnic locations – The Gables Deck in Point Vernon (shady, private and overlooking the rocks & water), Grassed area next to Surf Life Saving Club (opposite Eat at Dan & Stephs, can be busy) or grassed area on the Esplanade opposite Churchill Street Urangan (shady and normally quiet). You are more than welcome to choose your own location though.

We have 5 signature themes that we use for our Group picnics. You can pick one of these themes or you can also combine two themes if you desire.
If you have a custom colour scheme or idea in mind, please reach out! We love doing custom themes and bringing your vision to life!

We don't offer catering in-house, but we do work with Tennille's Platters who is the best in the business. We can organise your platters and you can rest assured knowing that your food will arrive at your picnic fresh, on time and delicious!
Please note that our couples package includes a small savoury grazing platter.

We post most of our setups on our Social Media Channels! You can send us photos of previous setups you like as inspiration for your picnic setup as well.

This depends on what package you are choosing and whether it is a Couples picnic, group picnic or kids party.
But generally for couples and groups...
Your picnic includes..
Our signature low ground picnic tables, assorted high-quality rugs, cushions, table runner, table setting per person (plate, napkin, cutlery), choice of wine glass or water glass and table decorations in your chosen theme.

Your picnic also includes our PICNIC ESSENTIALS Pack which includes a Bluetooth speaker, card games, hand sanitizer, hand wipes, insect repellant, sunscreen, and either cookies or chocolates.

Your picnic also covers the cost of staff cleaning, preparing and packing for your picnic, travel, fuel costs, set up, clean up, pack up and cleaning all the equipment ready for the next booking.

Couples picnics include an ice bucket, ice, sparkling water and grazing platter.
